REFUND POLICY

 

3-Day & 7-Day Boot Camps

I understand and agree that I will only receive a refund if I provide an oral AND written notice to The Attractive Man or any affiliate or coach during my course. The Attractive Man or any of its affiliates is not obligated or required to refund any money if notice is given beyond 24-hours after completing the course (i.e. last day of the boot camp). I understand that I must attend all of the training in order to request a refund. If I miss any portion of the training a refund may not be given. 

I understand and agree that if a coach travels or has made travel arrangements to my city for a coaching or live training session and I am the only attendee, I will not be given a full refund if I cancel or ask for a refund during any part of the live training. At that time it will be the sole discretion of The Attractive Man to offer any refund to that client.

I understand and agree that since TAM must cover hotel expenses (and travel expenses if our coach flys to your city) my deposit will not be refunded.

I understand and agree that there are two requirements that must be satisfied to receive a refund, which are in place to be fair to BOTH the instructor and the client: 1) I, the client, must attend all sessions of the training and participate in all events, infield practice, lecture, activities and assignments assigned by the trainer. 2) I, the client, must let my instructor know in writing about the refund during the final day of the training program or within 24 hours — as in, I cannot call TAM or tell my instructor at a later date after my sessions are complete to ask for a refund.

Please note: This does not apply to VIP retakes. If you are retaking the boot camps as a VIP then you’ve already forfeited your right to a refund. All refund requests must be done during or immediately following your first paid boot camp.

 

2-Year Trainer

I understand and agree that I will only receive a refund if I provide an oral AND written notice to The Attractive Man or any affiliate or coach during my course. The Attractive Man or any of its affiliates is not obligated or required to refund any money if notice is given beyond 6-months after enrolling in the 2-Year Trainer Program.

I understand that in order to request a refund I must attend at least two 3-day boot camps, as well as, one 7-day boot camp with any coach.

I understand that it is the sole discretion of The Attractive Man to offer any refund to a client.

I understand and agree that there are three requirements that must be satisfied to receive a refund, which are in place to be fair to BOTH the instructor and the client: 1) I, the client, must attend all sessions of the trainings and participate in all events, infield practice, lecture, activities and assignments assigned by the trainer. 2) I, the client, must let my instructor know in writing about the refund before 6-months of enrollment in the program. 3) I must attend two 3-day boot camps and one 7-day boot camp, and I must attend all of the training. 

 

Trips (Asia Trip, Euro Trip, Latin Trip, USA Trip, etc.)

I understand and agree that I will only receive a refund if I provide an oral AND written notice to The Attractive Man or any affiliate or coach during my course. The Attractive Man or any of its affiliates is not obligated or required to refund any money if notice is given beyond 24-hours after completing the trip (i.e. last day of the trip). I understand that I must attend all of the training in order to request a refund. If I miss any portion of the training a refund may not be given. 

I understand and agree that there are expenses covered by my coach including flights and hotel costs. I understand that I will not be given a refund for any expenses accrued throughout the trip including any and all hotel, airline, public transportation, dining, and entertainment costs. 

I understand and agree that since TAM must cover these expenses, my deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations and Transfers

Any CANCELLATIONS for live training -OR- TRANSFERS to future programs are as follows:      – Within 24 hours of the transaction, 100% refund or free transfer. 45 days or more prior to the first day of the first session, 100% refund or free transfer.  30-44 days prior to the first day of the first session, 50% refund or $500 transfer fee.   Less than 30 days prior to the first day of the first session, 0% refund or $1000 transfer fee.

 

Bereavement TRANSFERS and REFUNDS:

The Attractive Man is happy to offer a free TRANSFER to future programs in the event of a death or serious illness (requiring hospitalization or hospice care) of an immediate family member. TAM requires at the time of cancellation proof of the hospitalization: the name of the relative, relationship to the client, name/address/telephone number of funeral home, hospice, or hospital, and name of doctor (if applicable). The client must re-book with The Attractive Man within 30 days of cancellation to be eligible for a free transfer to another program. Bereavement requests found to be fraudulent will result in forfeiture of all balance payments.

The deceased or hospitalized family member must be one of the following: adopted ward, aunt, brother, daughter, father, granddaughter, grandfather, grandmother, grandson, half-brother, half-sister, mother, nephew, niece, sister, son, step-brother, step-daughter, step-father, step-mother, step-sister, step-son, uncle, or wife.

Non-attendance:

Failing to attend the training without prior notification will result in forfeiture of all balance payments and refund.
